About the Foundation

The KRG Foundation is a non-profit organisation committed to improving the education and health of impoverished children worldwide. Regardless of their circumstances, every child deserves the chance to realise their full potential. As part of our purpose, we seek to give poor children with adequate education and healthcare. We support initiatives that offer schools in low-income communities teacher training, educational materials, and infrastructure improvements. We also strive to ensure that poor children access clean water, sanitation, and healthcare services. We address issues such as malnutrition, which can substantially influence a child's health and development. In addition to our work in education and health, we fund additional activities that strive to enhance the lives of underprivileged kids. This includes measures that safeguard children from abuse and exploitation as well as programmes that give access to clean water, food, and shelter.
Some of our major works:
  • Organising cleanliness events with the help and support of volunteers and people who wish to make a difference
  • Distributing food, face masks, and sanitisers to support and help children needing help during this CORONA Pandemic
  • Supporting Women's Empowerment and Education programmes by organising social programs and events. We are trying to make a difference and lift the life of women across India. For this, our foundation is providing access to education and training programmes to help women and girls acquire the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the workforce
  • Nurturing community leadership to address local issues of trade, entitlements, and rights, contributing towards overall well-being. Here, the foundation conducts literacy programmes, healthcare and financial inclusion camps for the entire village community
  • Providing a common platform to NGOs, Societies, Self Help Groups, Co-operatives, Village level committees and artesian for exchanging information and opinion of common interest by organizing seminars, conferences, and training programmes
  • Taking effective but reasonable and lawful steps to eradicate social evils such as the Dowry System, Wastage of money in various functions, use of intoxicating drugs, Child Marriage (Bal Vivah) and Child Labour, etc.
  • Distributing Chemotherapeutic Drugs and other Drugs during the cost of treatment, including surgeries for the care of cancer, cardiac or other life-threatening diseases like AIDS, and other deadly diseases, as per Govt. rules
  • Arranging and managing the training institutions in Typing, Short Hand, Computer, Fine Arts, Crafts, Music, Painting, Modelling, Yoga, Physical Education and professional training for the benefit of the general public
  • Opening Blood Banks and running ambulances
  • Supporting skill-building among women and girls to boost employability
  • Facilitating economic empowerment by incubating women-led collective enterprises and micro-entrepreneurs. This includes vocational training programmes, apprenticeships, and higher education programmes
  • Equipping members with digital know-how to sustain work in a post-COVID world
  • Ensuring equal and fair access to services and housing infrastructure to informal women workers
  • Educating people on HIV-AIDS and other such diseases which can be prevented by some precautions
  • Providing work, education and awareness for Plant Protection, Environment, Global warming and new techniques of plantation and other related schemes
  • Creating an adequate environment in villages for youth and women to reduce poverty and curb migration

Our foundation provides free medical and healthcare services around the country. Some examples include:
  • Providing medical care to people in crisis situations, such as conflict zones, natural disasters, and epidemics
  • Providing a range of medical and healthcare services, including disaster relief, blood donation, and health and safety training
  • Improving health care in the country by providing training and education to local healthcare workers
  • Providing medical assistance and health education to people in need around the world
  • Organizing blood donation and health check-up camps time to time, at different locations across the country
